Cole Steinhagen, DC
Owner, Chiropractor – Sports Emphasis
Cole grew up in Lakeville, MN, with his large family of 7. Since an early age, Cole always had a curiosity in health and wellness due to playing sports and living an active lifestyle. After high school, Cole attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth where he subsequently completed his bachelors in exercise science to build his knowledge surrounding sports performance. Next, he spent 2 years in the strength and conditioning field, where he worked with many athletes from all ages and skill levels from beginner to professionals.
Wanting to add more value, Cole continued his education at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) degree. His personal and educational experience has developed his perspective on health, wellbeing, and healing. Therefore, Cole is passionate about educating and helping others reach their potential in life.
Outside of the office Cole is a hockey coach and a strength and conditioning coach. He enjoys spending time on the golf course with his wife Brooke and his dogs (Palmer & Tiger).
Connor Wears, DC
Owner, Chiropractor – Sports Emphasis
Connor grew up on the other side of the St. Croix River in his small hometown of Amery, Wisconsin. Most of his days were spent out on the lakes, on the golf course, or doing anything active with his family and friends. Next, he moved even closer to the Minnesota/Wisconsin border to attend college at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. There he played 4 years of football while obtaining his degree in biomedical sciences. Through playing sports and studying the human body, Connor learned everything he could about health and performance.
Wanting to take that next step in helping others, Connor finally made the big move into Minnesota to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Over the course of the 3 and 1/2 year degree, he focused his studies on many different areas to improve his overall picture of health and performance. Connor’s main purpose involves helping others continuously reach their goals over the course of their life.
As you probably guessed, Connor still spends his free time out on the boat, coaching Lakeville South High School football, and developing his golf addiction game with his wife Megan.
